This required session is designed for first- and second-year teachers as they begin the school year in Anna ISD. Participants will explore the foundations of strong classroom management, establishing rules and procedures, building classroom culture, creating positive student relationships, and setting clear expectations from day one. Teachers will leave with practical tools, encouragement, and next steps to help them feel prepared, supported, and ready to launch the school year. Lunch will be provided from 12:00–1:00 PM, and participants will have the opportunity to meet their mentors for the 2026–2027 school year.
