This session will introduce new employees to our district vision, leadership team, and the heart behind the work we do for students, staff, and families. You’ll hear what makes Anna ISD special and how your role connects to the bigger picture.
This session will walk new employees through important benefits information, including key timelines, enrollment steps, and available resources. Whether you are brand new to public education or simply new to Anna ISD, this presentation will help you understand your options and next steps.
Hop aboard for a guided tour of Anna ISD campuses and facilities. New employees will get a better sense of our growing district, where our campuses are located, and how each campus contributes to the Anna ISD experience. This is a great opportunity to see the community you are joining.
Enjoy lunch sponsored by the Anna Education Foundation as we celebrate your first day with Anna ISD. This midday break is a chance to relax, connect with other new employees, and learn more about the community support behind our schools.
After lunch, new employees will be released to their assigned campus or department for the next part of their orientation experience. During this time, employees will meet with their campus or department teams, receive role-specific information, and begin learning local procedures, expectations, and supports.
